Shipping Policy
All orders will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS. Once shipping labels have been created, the tracking information will be emailed to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and USPS service operations. Please allow us additional time during the holidays, as production and shipment times may be increased.

All orders over $150 BEFORE taxes will qualify for free shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damage during shipping
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving items ordered. Take pictures of both damaged packaging and damaged item and send to info@queendomkandles.com.
Orders shipped during warmer months may experience light sweating or slight softening due to the use of all natural ingredients. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.
These conditions are not considered shipping damage unless there is significant structural damage to the product.
