SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS. Once shipping labels have been created, the tracking information will be emailed to you. Ordered items should be delivered 3-5 business days after tracking information is received. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and USPS service operations. Please allow us additional time during the holidays, as production and shipment times may be increased.

All orders over $100 BEFORE taxes will qualify for free shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damage during shipping
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving items ordered. Take pictures of both damaged packaging and damaged item and send to queendomkandles@gmail.com.

Lost during shipping
If your ordered items are not received within 5 business days of scheduled arrival date, please send an email to queendomkandles@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and a replacement will be shipped out.
