Do you have any tips on how to properly burn my Kandle?

  1. It is very important that you burn your Kandle for at least 3 hours on the first burn, all the way to the edge of the container.  Soy wax has a memory which helps to keep the Kandle from tunneling down the center of the container. Tunneling is the main cause for a Kandle not having a good scent throw while burning.

  2. For best results trim the wick before each burn.

  3. Do not burn your Kandle when wax is 1/2" or less from the bottom of the container.

  4. Do not touch or move Kandle when lit or when wax is melted, container can become very hot.

  5. Burn your soy Kandle in a well ventilated room.

  6. Do not leave Kandles unattended while burning.
