General
All of our candles are made with an all natural soy wax, unless noted. Soy wax provides a longer, cleaner burn and produces less smoke. This makes it better for yourself and the environment.

Damage during shipping
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving items ordered. Take pictures of both damaged packaging and damaged item and send to info@queendomkandles.com.
Orders shipped during warmer months may experience light sweating or slight softening due to the use of all natural ingredients. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.
These conditions are not considered shipping damage unless there is significant structural damage to the product.
Local pick up is currently not available.
Because each candle is hand poured with 100% soy wax, natural variations can occur as it cools. This does not effect the quality, scent, or performance of the candle.
Different fragrance and essential oils will cause discoloration. This is normal. The discoloration has no effect on the scent throw or the burn of your candle.

Your items will ship within 5-7 business days after order is received. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Please remember to allow us a little extra time during the holidays. Thanks in advance!
The average burn time for our candles is 50+ hours.
